Our services are limited to scope writing, estimating support, claim supplementation, and documentation review as directed by our client. 1st Property, LLC may assist with contractor-to-carrier communication to help ensure the scope of work, supporting documentation, and requested repairs are clearly presented and properly reviewed. However, all claim decisions, coverage determinations, negotiations, and policy-related matters remain between the contractor, property owner, insurance carrier, and any properly licensed professionals involved. 1st Property, LLC does not negotiate insurance coverage, represent policyholders as a public adjuster, or make coverage interpretations.
Our active field-service coverage includes San Diego, Los Angeles, and surrounding inland valley areas, where we aim to support contractors the same day whenever possible. We also offer deployment support for CAT storm events and natural disasters, helping contractors with field documentation, estimating support, and claim file preparation when high-volume losses require additional resources.
