We take the proper steps to confirm that the carrier has received the scope and invoice, followed by direct phone calls and email communication with the carrier or adjuster to help move the claim forward. Throughout the process, we maintain and track the invoice through our management software, allowing you to stay informed with up-to-date claim status information.
