Unlike many estimating services, 1st Property LLC offers in-house billing and claim-handling support for our clients. Our account managers assist with follow-up on your behalf by communicating directly with insurance carriers regarding payment status, claim updates, and any requested revisions.

We take the proper steps to confirm that the carrier has received the scope and invoice, followed by direct phone calls and email communication with the carrier or adjuster to help move the claim forward. Throughout the process, we maintain and track the invoice through our management software, allowing you to stay informed with up-to-date claim status information.

Our services include ongoing communication with adjusters, confirmation of payment status, revision requests when needed, and continued follow-up to help expedite the claim process. This allows contractors and restoration companies to focus on completing quality work while we assist with the billing and claim follow-up process.
